We want as many people as possible to be able to use FunnelCockpit regardless of their individual abilities. This page provides information about the accessibility of our website and how you can report barriers to us.
Scope and provider
This statement covers the public website funnelcockpit.com and its German and English information, pricing, blog, partner and legal pages. You can find the provider and contact details in our Legal notice.
The checks described here concern the public landing website. The authenticated FunnelCockpit application, websites created by customers and external registration, ordering, payment and support services have not been comprehensively assessed in these checks. This description of the assessment scope does not exempt those parts from any applicable legal requirements.
Our service and how to use it
FunnelCockpit is browser-based software for creating and managing websites, funnels, membership sites and other online marketing offerings. On our website, you can learn about the features, compare plans and contact us.
The main navigation provides access to product information, resources and pricing. On the pricing page, you can compare monthly and annual billing. Trial and ordering links open the external registration or ordering process, where you choose a plan and provide the required contract and payment information. Existing customers can access the application through “Login”. Contact and assistance are available by email; you can change your cookie choices at any time through “Cookies” in the footer.
Accessibility requirements
Where our service falls within the scope of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), Section 14 BFSG together with Annex 3 and the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Ordinance (BFSGV) apply in particular. Digital information and controls must be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. This includes information about using the service and the relevant registration, authentication and payment functions.
The information below explains how the service is provided and the requirements addressed on the public website. A comprehensive assessment of the entire registration, ordering and payment process remains outstanding.
Accessibility status
The assessment identified limitations. We therefore do not currently confirm full conformity with a WCAG conformance level or all BFSG requirements. The barriers listed below may make the website harder to use for people with visual impairments or using a keyboard alone.
For technical development, we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), particularly Level A and AA criteria, as guidance. This guidance does not replace a comprehensive assessment of the applicable legal requirements.
Measures implemented
The public website includes the following measures:
- A structured hierarchy of headings and identified navigation and content areas.
- Labeled form inputs and accessible names for key controls.
- Visible focus indicators, keyboard-operable navigation and expandable menus.
- A responsive layout without page-wide horizontal overflow in the assessed views at widths of 320 and 1440 pixels.
- Additional arrow buttons for horizontal navigation of the mobile plan comparison table.
- A cookie dialog with labelled switches, keyboard controls, focus management and focus restoration after closing.
These measures improve usability but do not yet remove all known barriers.
Known limitations and further assessment
The automated assessment identified the following limitations in particular:
- Some text on the homepage, pricing, blog, partner and PV leads pages and in illustrative product interfaces does not consistently meet the required contrast ratios.
- A horizontally scrollable product preview area on the mobile homepage is not yet directly accessible by keyboard.
- A link within a paragraph on the partner page is not sufficiently distinguishable from the surrounding text.
A comprehensive manual assessment with screen readers, all keyboard interactions, high magnification, adjusted text spacing and moving or interactive content remains outstanding. External ordering and payment services also require separate assessment as part of the relevant service. Automated checks cannot detect every accessibility barrier.

The address of the affected page, a short description of the problem and, if you wish to share them, details of your browser, device or assistive technology are helpful. Please do not send passwords or other confidential login credentials.
Information about market surveillance
For services covered by the BFSG, the competent authority is the German Market Surveillance Authority of the Federal States for Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF AöR). If a barrier prevents or restricts your use of such a service, you can contact the MLBF and submit an application under Section 32 BFSG.

Assessment and updating of this statement
This statement was updated on 1 October 2026 based on our own assessment. It draws on automated checks with axe-core 4.13 of nine public pages in German and English at widths of 320 and 1440 pixels, together with existing interaction checks for navigation, menus and cookie settings. The results are not independent certification or proof of complete accessibility. We take reported barriers and findings from further assessments into account when developing the website and updating this information.
